it depends on your weight and riding style I think. Weight limits are debateable because a limit of 100kg is riding normally,what happens to your weight when you jumping?

Running Flow EX and Novatec hubs,super damn strong so no more breaking spokes for me,and being wider externally and internally the tire holds up a lot better.

I don't have any bottle cages cramping my frame style,only use my Mule so don't need to carry anything but that,but if you are stressed about weight then look at lighter options. I'm not a weight weenie so I could not be stressed about how much it weighs.

They don't do BB's for shimano.

The Epic is made for marathons,changing the components is not gonna help your cause.The geometry is not made for trail so when you start changing it with more travel it's not gonna handle like you want it too. You sound like you like you Spez bike so stick with it,look at a Stumpy FSR,then you need to decide whether you wanna stick with 29er or 27.5 wheels. You want more travel than this bike gives you get a Enduro,but that's big bucks and a serious bike.

Coolheat has that attitude of like if you don't like tough titties deal with it or go to the opposition.

Think it's time they change the color now and at least have 2 choices.
