  1. Auk. I did my entry for the Lost City earlier and it was quite painless.
  2. I think most of the negative comments are from us computer geeks. I just don't like the idea of untested electronic gadgetry on my bike. By all means, they might be light years ahead in WHAT they're doing, but the principle is not proven as yet. So I'll stick with my cables and WAIT!
  3. Ewep...a NON refundable deposit of R60 000 will do....and I will gladly organize you the frame. (chainset' date='stem and pedals included)[/quote'] EISH, too plenty much dee-po-zeet!

  9. A certain Mr D Rider "taught" me about taking lines and riding technical stuff. BUT, he also taught me not to ride what I know I can't do!!! And to today I still keep to that. As for warnings on everything, ai tog! We're on our way to being the same as the US. Not a nice idea!!!

  11. Bit unnecessary don't you think? This is a cycling thread, not a "free for all" thread.

  13. I wanna test drive one for a year please!
  14. Hi Ewep....yes...it's pretty savage looking. What makes the setup really impressive is the oversize BB & one piece cranks they developed. The spider can take any chainrings...and the crank length can be adjusted from 170mm to 175mm. Also like the bigger clearance for the rear wheel. I think this will make the "end user" (read non-pro's) life easier when adding/removing wheels due to flats.
  15. Like the new TT frame. The kink in the top tube looks great.
  16. Delgado, nothing on that URL!
  17. OK, then I'm EXTREMELY sensible! Maybe we should have the main bunch and then the sensible bunch at the ride... I'll be Pie Sensible.
  18. And great fun to boot.
