Good topic, i need one also. I have not because i am scared the cover damages the paint on the tailgate if any dust gets in between the paint and the cover forming a "sanding" effect. Any of you had this issue?

@ZeroPlay. Thats the one. just got feedback from my mate in the roads department after i sent him the video. He followed up and the reply was they know about it, it is in the program to fix it asap.

Seems like that crash in the video is where the guy was killed 3 weeks back. Same bump in the road. Same result. But he was run over afterwards. Guess we wont see it repaired...... no suprise there.

Thats good to know. They were not painted this morning when i took photos. Hopefully it is the roadfixing team that marked it for removal. Edit, not road crew, a caring fellow cyclist. Thank you

It was the place he fell you can see it......... i went there now, took photos of the spot. Sent to relevant person at WC roads with a location.

If this is on the R304 where i think it is it may not have been a cateye, there is 2 very bad high bumps in the tar where they fixed potholes. If you hit that at speed or unexpected it can throw you easily. Condolences

Warning This morning (6 April 2024) @ approximately 07:30 4 x cyclists was robbed by 1 x suspect armed with a firearm (C/male with black pants). Suspect took a cellphone and fled. Incident happened on the Helshoogte rd near Beltana. Please be vigilant when you cycle/jog/walk in that area. Please inform JSRA Control Room immediately when a incident happened. 062 027 1601

Yup i know the feeling. My XL epic was too small for me. Imported a gusset 450 post from the UK. Did the job. Now ride a XXL topfuel and also want the dropper off. No luck with any posts local yet. Desperately wanted to get a trek madone in a 62 recently but its too small for me...... Sucks being tall sometimes.

Also got the idea their tops are different, i fit the race versions of two different tops, same style, same design, different colours, one was tight one wasnt. Love their kit but sizing is out.

I cannot think its a coincidence that its a silver polo again. I got driven over on klipheuwel by a silwer polo 7 weeks ago. Older shape round back lights. I am sure its the same car.
