  1. You do all your training in the desert... teaches your body to get used to be dehydrated. Thanks I'll try it. Should I then go and ride in the ocean to prep myself for overhydration?
  2. Saw some of the o'10 Meridas in the Cyclelab in Centurion. Flipn hot bikes, they went from being good value for money to fantastic value for money!

  19. For all you okes in the know - I am looking at a 2007 Trek TCT 5000 (Ultegra grouppo, 105 STI's, Bontrager wheels), this afternoon. He wants R9500. Service record at Cyclelab. Assuming frame is fine, grouppo not too worn, is that a fair price? Thanks!IdeJongh2009-11-25 23:37:12

When you workhard to urn that cash and all the hype is over and the excitement and newness died down' date=' I for one will find myself kicking myself in the rear. You can do a lot with 20k. At least a lot more than get something spunky on your mtb. We have this obsession which overruns our logic and our common sense. I know I know..Flame me...[/quote'] Nope agree completely. 20k is a lot of money. And I cant do without cycling, but I can do without the latest rims, groupo, etc. Much better to pay off that itching debt, and ride my average bike.
  21. Would a fat dude be able to then corner faster uphill?IdeJongh2009-11-23 05:07:42
