Spent my entire December holiday injured and sick. Over trained (or as they say, there is no such thing as over-training, only Under Resting), and sick. Had a pain on the lower outside of right leg, put pressure on the leg and it the leg would just "give", almost collapse from the numb pain. Had to rest for about 2-3 weeks to get that to go away, and just as it was almost gone, have a cold why don't you, another week off. Training for the Addo 100 miler took a serious knock. Now to salvage what I can and hopefully stay healthy till 26 February.
