    I'm ok with tossing fruit because it is "natural" and will decompose and probably be good to the soil afterwards. But thats if its left off the road where no-one can see it. Dumping that in the road or on the trail is not on.

    I've once purposely dropped out of a bunch to pick up a guy's Gu packet that he threw away on purpose. Raced back up to the bunch and KUKKED on him from a holy height. To this day (and this was like 10 years ago), he is still skrikkerig around me.

    Shamelessly advertising my shoes here... Unfortunately have to sell my Altra Olympus 3.0 trail running shoes. Paid R2100 for them a month ago and did exactly 1 run/walk in them of 7.2km. I hoped that the size would work but turned out that they are 1 size too small for me. They are UK11. I'd like to get R1700.

    What kind of mileage are you guys doing? I'm prepping for the Addo 100 Miler. Doing minimum 400km a month.

    My local trailpark sells Kefir gingerbeer. Absolutely love the stuff. Expensive, I think R24 for 500ml, but so worth it. Had a super tough trail run there on the weekend. Didn't look after my electrolytes and dehydrated about 6km from the end. The gingerbeer is all I could think of. By that night I had downed over 3 liters of the stuff. With the dehydration also came severe nausea and vomiting. I rate the kefir cultures along with the ginger (widely believed to help with nausea) goes a LONG way to settle the stomach again.

    Full Ironman 76km offroad Trail Run (Addo Elephant Trail Run), the next weekend. Trans Baviaans And probably lots of other races in the year. This was in 2010. Since had many similar years.

    My final parcel arrived yesterday. I honestly thought it was gone, so much so I requested a refund like 2 months ago. Order date, June 20th. Delivery date, January 8th. Almost 6 months. African efficiency right there.

    See now that's a thing. Biases form from what we witness with our own eyes every day. What you are proposing is a form of willful ignorance, "innocent until proven guilty", over and over again. How many times do you see yourself, or others, forcing themselves to back out of a certain through or bias (innocent until proven guilty), before you start going........ heeeeeeyyyy... 19 out of 20 bikes that are stolen seem to be ridden/stolen by individuals of a certain race/religion/economic class/whatever... 50 times? 100 times? On the 101th thread on BikeHub titled "Possible Stolen bike today", you wouldn't be blamed by going... it was probably a bloody ".................." again! Biases/Stereotypes can only be blamed on the very people who's behavior over and over again, created those stereotypes/biases. And the general populous cannot be blamed for using their free thought to start seeing trends and accepting those biases.

    Stereotyping and racial bias can often be interchangeable. I've had a few things stolen from me over the years, and once the truth came out, or footage was checked, every time it was individuals from a certain group. How are stereotypes formed? By those individuals constantly repeating the very behavior and actions that lead to that stereotype being formed. People that "suffer from being stereotyped", need to shift their anger, not towards those that stereotype them, but towards those in their same group (socio economical / race / religion etc) who perpetuate the very, often negative, behavior that created the stereotype in the first place. "Hey, you're making us look bad!"
