  11. Where you watching this?
  12. Yippeee!
  13. Yip! In the setup menu the recovery upper limit zone is set to 149. Strange also is that the poweragent software only give my data in the metric system even though the joule reads it in my prefer units and it is also set on "English" in my poweragent
  14. I started recently to train with the powercal. I am using the Joule 2 computer at this stage. When I download the data from the Joule 2 it seems to ignore the lower (recovery) hr zone. It gives me an average hr but when you check at "time spent in hr zones" it ignores the lower zone and result is it adds the time spent in the lower zone to the endurance zone. There is no way I spent the entire ride above 150bpm. During ride it does show the actual readings. Any idea where problem lies here?
  15. So it is either a cold or focusing on something else. Bag full of excuses. May he suffer numerous mechanicals during world TT champs. ******* prick!

  17. I still say this beetroot juice thing is utter bull****
  18. They are one of the suppliers that is really a pleasure to deal with. Janos goes out of his way to help and accommodate
  19. Wat is die entry fee en kan ons die oggend van race ook inskryf?
  20. He had a good career. He is probably doing the honorable thing retiring rather than to deal with not being offered a contract by any team. He does not want to pull a Danie Gerber on himself (one of my favorite players of all time, I have to add). For the sake of cycling in SA I really hope he says involved in the development of the sport here. He has a wealth of experience which is priceless in this country
  21. What's that? Sounds like a tolerated hate crime
  22. 29er! Thanks for the info in pm
  23. Technically the general lee sram compatible adapter should fit the xtr cluster, like you are pointing out. I'll hit the trails from tomorrow with the 32 up front and 11/36 at the back. If I can comfortably ride all the trails around wellington (including Beulah, which starts with a bitch of a climb) I will stick to current setup. If I really struggle I would probably need a bit more than the 40t of the sram converter. In that case I will have to get the shimano adapter + the xt cluster. This essentially with give me same ratio as xx1 apart from a 10 at the back
  24. Got the 32T woolf chainring today. Was contemplating to get the General Lee converter as well but funny thing is the converter compatible with shimano does not fit on the xtr cluster. If I want the 42T cluster converter I will have to buy a XT cluster as well. Stupid!
  25. Yip it is I seems the BCD of the 980 is 104/64mm while the 985 is 88mm. Will it still fit?
