    I feel your pain!! I ride about 6 to 8hrs per week. In the last years I only had about a 5% increase. I know I can't expect anything better with the amount of training I do but it is also a very good indication that I am an extremely mediocre cyclist at best. Does not bother me much. Still enjoy it plenty

    or Robyn just broke her? She rode really strong for somebody with an illness or injury up until the last day. I think the heat and intensity just got the better of her. It was a pity! Would have loved to see how they would have performed in the end

    Agreed! If you need a 50T on the back you probably should sell your bike......... It does look hot though. The pros will only ride it because they are told too. There is no way they need a 50T

    Going from 2 x 10 to 1 x 11 made plenty sense to me as the fd was mostly a issue in muddy conditions. 1 x 11 has all the gears I need so honestly don't know what the benefit of 1 x 12would be? Never felt I needed any more gears than what is available on the 1 x 11

    How many of the teams do you guys think pay their entry TOTALLY out of own pocket? I mean personal funds and not begging for corporate contributions. Paying through a company you own and writing it off to tax does not count as "out of own pocket" here

    Jenny rode extremely strong today for somebody having a injury or being ill. Did she get heat stroke? They did so well up to now. This is sad news.

    They should be the 3rd group to start. No point in waiting for the group behind them because they are to slow and they probably won't catch the 2nd group
