I got a warranty frame replacement in 2001. Cost me R600 back then. R100 More since then sounds fair. I wanted to complain but couldn't i needed my lbs to like me and the dealer to hurry, needed the bike for a race. They replaced my frame in less than 24 hours and had my bike rebuild. So i kept my comments and complaints for myself and paid. R600 was not that much to pay for a new frame worth more than R10,000.

If it does break on the trainer, you're lucky. Will hurt much more on a fast mountain decent.

I'm looking for a photographer. The guy who took, and sold the pics at the Junior Tour, Chrissiesmeer 2000 and 2001. Also think he did it at SA Champs PE '2000. What are the chances he's a hubber or that anyone on the hub might have contact details. Lost some of my pictures from back in the day and hope to get a hold of him. With a bit of luck they still have some backups or soft copies on a PC or something.

FIT had Mind Assist in 2001. USN had something like that but i cant remember what they called it.

sometimes people look at me like im a crazy dumb-ass when i greet them on my bike. and then sometimes i feel like a crazy dumb-ass, cause i dont even know them. but it doesnt hurt.

Silver gel. Its expensive and is used for bedsores in hospitals, so you should get it from a hospital pharmacy. Or man up. Slap some Frair's Balsom on the opened sores and bite on your teeth.

A lot of Italian-Shimano setup teams in the past. Can think of some in the past when i first started watching tour de france at 4am on m-net. Rabobank, Colnago/Shimano. Lampre, Colnago/Shimano. Mapei, Colnago/Shimano. Casino, Colnago/Shimano. Mercetoni Saeco, Pinnarello/Shimano. ( Chippo early days) Carrera Jeans / Willer / Shimano (pantani back in the day) Milram, Colnago / Shimano Sky, Dogma / Shim im sure some of the hardcore hubbers will corect me or even add some to the list. The ideal is still a italian bike with italian setup. but if you can't afford it now. ride shimano while saving for campag

i got some at the local farmers co-op. but that was about 9years ago. havn't seen much of it around. im sure some of the "sighn shops" will have some off-cuts lying around, maybe find out if they can spare some.

This Saterday i had to go for some weekend work. We're moving office and i had to go help move some stuff. Everyone thought the earlier we go, the quiker we can go home and have some weekend. Being Bloemfontein it pretty flippen cold. So the boss sent me to get some food. Quick drive'tru at MacDonold's for breakfast, but on the way back some of the coffee spilled in my car. Now, can someone please tell me how to get the smell of cat-pee out of my car.
