For 80mm deep rims, they are pretty damn light (& expensive!) I would be interested to hear how they perform compared to 808 Firecrests.

There is more than one bike in each brand's range. Get the next one down if the top bike is too expensive.

It depends on how tall you are (and how long your arms and legs are) and your flexibility. If you are 5' tall, that is a lot of drop If you are 6' 6", then not so much A lot the road pro's have at least 10cm drop.

I imagine that its got something to do with 30 000 people looking up Argus results, so to make their database faster and more streamlined & efficient they are showing only Argus results. It will probably be back to normal when traffic subsides.

They seem to have closed the racetec site, but results are available via the CycleTour website.

Last year's weather was awesome. This year - not so much (far from terrible though) So the Sub 3 Club is a bit more exclusive. This year there were 565 sub 3's. Last year there were 958 sub 3's. Anyone ordered the Sub 3 kit?

There are often mistakes in the results on the first run and upload and they are usually quite quick to fix them. I think its pretty impressive that they have the results up so soon. Have you sent them an email? Because they don't search the hub for any gripes...

Results are up 155/266 A Group riders were sub 3 77/260 B Group riders were sub 3 18/333 C Group riders were sub 3 No D Group sub 3's

That makes me feel a bit better. I was 8 mins slower than last year

with prices ranging between $6900 & $3700. Just for the frame. You wont be seeing a whole lot of them...

The Heat didn't help much. Suikerbossie was not fun

I rode in C group & saw no crashes, but saw the aftermath of several incidents on the side of the road. It was a tough day out there.
