Lap racing is not ideal for mass participation. Radio stations in Pretoria not interested in Cycling. Think they have been burned a few times in the past.

What ever makes you happy. At least someone is trying to bring cycling to Pretoria. Think circuit racing is great. Will become difficult to control if you have a few thousand entries.
