Cool... As a last thing, check to see if there is a height difference between the shoes you use now and the previous setup. If your foot in the shoe sits higher of the pedal than previously, it could contribute to pain at the front of the knee, and it will start in one knee only if it is borderline. I have found that 5mm can make a difference for me, my saddle is 20mm higher than pro setup placed it. But with all that said, I agree with slick, get the knee checked out properly, as our guesswork can cause more permanent issues.

A lot of retailers will refund you the difference if you find the same item cheaper at another store, they just don't advertise the fact. Get a written quote from your LBS and go back to SW with it. I got a R600 refund on a Garmin I bought because Makro put it on special two weeks after I bought it....not questions asked. (It was at Cape Union Mart though) Game will refund you the difference if you buy something from them and it goes on special within the next month.
