  1. This is why I love cyclying...the friggin' raw unadulterated agression.....nothing better than giving a skinny (or fat, dont want to be seen as a bigot here) cyclist a PK for daring to shout out; "hold your line you f00kin' poor white bastard")...can't say coloured or black because I aint one. But if I was born before 1954 (which I wasnt Wheelsucka) you could of called me "Coloured bastard hold your line!" , as I was born in Malta and the larneys here didn't like us sort, back in those times ! Me personally, it doesn't take $$$$ or the lack there of to make you a wanker....it's in your genes.
  2. Enter on time , like the rest of us. Or take up road running, they like to bitch a lot there as well....you will feel at home there.
  3. Tankman, apologies only saw this now. Cell phone provider issue ...new no. and new phone arriving tomorrow. Will pm you new number.

  5. Out for me. Gonna do the MTB race or L'ford....will decide tonight.
  6. Rode with JohanV, left BP @ Waterstone @ 5h30. You probably don't greet us ordinary roadies any more ? :D
  7. Thanks for the offer tonight but ......Rode this morning to Rooi Els + me and night, with my short sightedness, aren't friends Seriously though, my MTB skills are very sad, need at least a few more rides in L'ford in the day, before I would even attempt anything at night especially with you If there are a couple more takers for 4 passes on Sat, I'll be in and then MTB @ Lourensford Sunday morning ?
  8. And i'll be there Sunday as well. Anyway, now that you are an official team racing snake, I'd suffer far too much.... I struggled to keep up when you were just one of the lads but now that you are a larney..........
  9. About a 130kms round trip.
  10. Would've joined but 2nd visit to Lourensford is calling :D ........ became a member of Basin MTB club 2 weeks ago.....so Lourensford is gonna see a lot of my Giant

  13. Cool. Are you riding Sunday ?
  14. Top of Chappies for me, is the look out point overlooking Hout Bay, before you make the sharp left and head down towards the tunnel overhang on your way to Little Chappies..
  15. Depends...mostly through Sea Point.
  16. Ride will be finished before the SE'ter starts pumpin' tomorrow ...hoping
  17. For geographically challenged numbnuts TNT...Cape Town now appears in thread title

  19. If you are craving; irrespective of what it may be you are craving.....there is generally something wrong in your diet as a whole. Revisit your dietary plan .
  20. Wise @ss Jozi is not the be all and end all. Weren't we here first BTW ?
  21. Great ride this morning....not quite solo, picked up a work colleague riding into the office at the top of Chappies.
  22. If anyone is interested, I leave most Friday's from Bree Street in town and go out to the top of Cappies and back. Work office is at the bottom end of Bree, adjacent to the SWC Fan Walk. Opposite Tyger Wheel and Tyre. 34 Bree Street. It's about a 56- 60km (depending on turnaround) ride, there and back. Do it timewise in anything from 2-2h30m. Starting @ 05h15 . Drop me either a note or PM, if you are keen to join. Not much better route IMO.
  23. Didn't Rock Hudson and Elton John both have wifes at some time? Come out dude, you know you want to .
