I would go with a new Revolt...

using Cadence app Elite for the past 2 rides with an old iPhone X … simply blows any new cycle computer away battery life is obviously an issue but I set the screen to autodim after 30 secs with just a touch necessary to brighten it again maps and navigation on a whole other level compared to even the latest and most expensive bike Gps … super bright screen , responsive and all sorts of maps available even offline including satellite maps infinitely customizable, works with any bluetooth add-ons , really impressive with the Garmin Varia radar the only downside is it obviously doesn’t integrate with Ant+ hence no AXS gearing info… but really who cares Anyone else using it?

have used a carbon fork (Kocevlo) very successfully

it climbs from a different side and goes up higher… then you have a long rocky switchback descent on the other side🤓

Ok riders....route is now all marked with red arrows...and looking beautiful!! Please be on the lookout for the 130\80km and 30km splits...I have been generous with the arrows and there will be marshals at the 3 splits but you need to be careful and preferably load the gpx files so you get an early warning on the turnoffs..

all Canola Roller riders are welcome to use any of the singletrack trails without needing to buy a permit for the entire weekend...see ya there!
