  1. that recipe works for me ...I use it on 3+ hr rides only, otherwise I really do not need to supplement...
  2. I used the Stans rim strips with integrated valve system a lot in the late 90s… it was a mission and no way was it better than modern rim tape…and seating tyres was a nightmare
  3. aha, sorry...

  11. 80mm for now but will go to 70mm to try 34T on it now but have a 9-46 E-thirteen on the back ...so similar to a 38T with a 10-50
  12. Best tape I have ever used has to be the Titan Racing silicone tape...amazing product which can be used over and over again, super grippy and does not need the sticky backing to adhere to the bars.. It has a smooth matt finish with no holes which can get full of grime and dust, easy to wipe clean and if you remove it it can be reused since it does not tear or deform easily....
  13. pity Merlin stopped shipping SRAM...try Bikeinn
  14. have it shipped to you directly here...it will cost you much less since you only pay the SA VAT
  15. the top section of the climb washed away and was very difficult to ride on a gravel bike … loose stones , rocks, mud
