One question about the stopping at red robots. What about the ones that only change when a car is there? I have a few near where I live and my motorbike doest trigger them? Do i wait or skip?
Anyone outthere that can help me work out a training plan to get a bit faster and fitter. I need something that is not rigid in anyway as i work shifts and not a normal 8-5 monday to friday. Anyone?
Col its a 3 phase stove. You need to connect all 3 reds together. Its fine it wont blow. But it must be a hell of a stove to run on 3 phase. we run 3 phase in the kitchen . Its not ideal to do it but will work. Get a sparky to come in a run a 3 phase point to the back of the stove will be better in the long run.

Why wouldnt you advertise and cell here? What better place to try to get a cyclist to use your product. Quite a few guys have advertised and sold and given away free samples here. And most hubbers will be sceptical of a person whos first post is to say how good a product is
snake bite kits are a waste, you can do more damage with them. U need antivien for a bite and that can be more dealy than a bite. Carry a bandage with you and if u DO happen to get bitten then u start above the bite and bandage as tight as you can going back towards on over the bite. but not so tight that u stp all blood flow. and try relax
