  1. My TSS is always higher with HR. But my heart revs high and stays there for most of the ride.

  3. I just got back from gym, some guys infront of me where having issues getting their smoothies. Luckily I had screen shots of mine.
  4. All the nonsense with Discovery helps... haha. But on a more serious note, I don't find it that hard. Just had a look at my data now, have record back to Dec 2015 and I have not had a Zero week since back then, and just 2 weeks below 100 tss.

  10. Does the info show immediately from the tracker on your Disco profile or does it only happen at the end of the month ? Its my first month on Disco insurance, and this is what it looks like. Correct ? Haven't been able to get to 100km incident free yet. I knew this wouldn't work well for me.

  13. Bad week for me and another coming 2 coming up. Was busy with a workshop this past weekend, and I am away for 3 days this coming weekend. TSS: 265 IF: 0.68
  14. I don't have the brain power for all the complicated equations. A session from this morning, I set my watch to indoor cycle. This was a overall workout, with 5 sets of leg press at the end. Planned session for Sunday is just legs so will track that again and see what TSS is achieved.

  17. Have to agree, it doesn't get boring. I've used it since 2015. Another thing is you not spending 3-4 hours on it, just a good solid 60-90 minute session of intervals.
  18. Trainer Road will work fine on your phone. It has loads of workouts and training plans, and your can create your own. Training Peaks is for logging and analyzing your progress, something different. What trainer do you have ? There are a few of the older smart trainers that do not work on the Trainer Road app. 1 being the Cycleops PowerBeam. You can also use a PC for Trainer Road with the ANT+ usb stick. This combined with a few Sufferfest videos will keep you going.
  19. assume just a baseline calculation done on duration. Other option would be is to just use your watch on an indoor run / workout mode ? I will try that tomorrow.
  20. looking back at some workouts, TP doesn't calculate a TSS for a strength session. But maybe its possible with some change in settings, will look into it.
