  1. activities from this morning have come through but still nothing from Sunday and yesterday. Also sent a mail to them now so lets see. Then just need 1 gym swipe to collect smoothies and I am done for the week...
  2. Couch potatoes remain couch potatoes, and those potatoes who jumped at a free watch are still fools for thinking it would come easy. 1200 points still remains an easy target for many.
  3. my workflow is in a mess so not sure if this was shared. Sunrise at the Tlou Dam on Madikwe Game Reserve. Handheld with 5D3+70-200mk2.
  4. I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue from 2 weeks ago where points weren't showing. Now to struggle with them again as yesterday and this mornings activity isn't showing.

  7. Absolutely no need to feel bad after the many hours we put in on the bike. We earn it week after week.

  9. My bad, that was the Verve that was posted in the news. Just saw the praxis chain rings and tied the 2 together. I see this is like $500, I would say about 9-10k local price.

  13. Up to 800 for me this week after being on 700 for 2 weeks.
  14. I didn't make last week's goal because of some random problem with Garmin to Disco. They say they investigating so let's see what happens....
  15. I also had the Garmin, VA membership, Disco Card and life insurance before Active rewards came along. Did not sign up for Team Vitality which was very stupid of me not to do... I am on average getting back a month R200 in miles, R150 gym booster and R100 healthy foods. now 8 smoothies a month at an average R35 so its a no brainer to pay R199 for all of this... not forgetting the cash back on the life insurance which will be due next month.

  18. I seem to be a week or 2 behind with the increases. Still on 700. The 1200 is going to come at a good time, just when I need to ramp up training for Shova.
  19. Reading this, and looking at the time is it has taken to improve my cycling. I would think maybe 2 years of solid training for comrades, that's if I could ever make it pass a marathon or half. Started running late last year then stopped for a while but got going again this week. Will aim to do a half before the end of the year I think.
  20. For one that doesn't run more than 5km at a time...how long is needed to go from zero to hero to complete a comrades ?
  21. well Kulula's website is just as crap as the Disco app so this is probably the reason why it's taking this long.
