  1. What is average time in hours you've spent on training for the event on long rides? Reason I'm asking - I've bonked at about 2.5 hours before...this time it was the powerbar...but my average long ride time is approx 2.5 hours...maybe there is a correlation...

  7. I'm 1.65 and have a 16" Merida (small). Previous bike was a Silverback Nabraska, small Previous to that was a Phoenix, Medium. Smalls seem to handle better...IMHO.

  21. depends on how you look at it... it reminds me that there are more things to life than just work and family(yes, I said it) it takes my mind away from all my worries (and I don't mean La Familia) it reminds me that I am still alive, I can still feel, I can still experience pain it leaves me with no energy on some days but revives my spirit on most... I believe this is the love I've been missing all these years...
