I ran it this afternoon... Despite the rules, it is fully impossible to ride it anyway! Its a steep and rocky, pure hiking trail.

I'm doing Cape Town Marathon on the 25th... Done about three 15km trail runs. All hope is lost. Really hope your one goes well

Once in Tokai a cape cobra struck at my back wheel... hands down the scariest day of my life! Cavendish would have come 2nd that day Aaaand about a month later I met another which flared right up about 1m away! Its good to get the heart beating sometimes

Thanks man! I was in a very awkward position and broke it in three places so i couldnt move at all...stretcher was a big help! I phoned the 'rents at the same time though, was very festive in the end haha! Nicely done by the way! two rescues? you're on fine form mate

I know right?! i was so surprised... I broke my collar bone just on the little jump going into "my roots" had to wait about 20/30mins or so in the rain for the ambulance ( all 5 of them ) - so the blanket really really helped! Thanks again anonymous!
