  5. Not quite, their 305 had a defect where a number of units switched off during rides, the problem was with the battery connector coming loose. Despite numerous incidents of this being reported and discussed even on the Garmin chat site, Garmin denied knowing of the problem and stated all it needed was a s/w update which of course it did not. Many users then resorted to opening the unit themselves and fixing it as Garmin refused to. The 1st time i took it in it was still within warranty period, the 2nd time it was just out and i ended up paying in to swop it for a 705

  13. I have a claim dating to 2008 which is still no where near completion and then most of the costs if the claim is successful will go to my medical aid and the lawyers, fortunately the lawyer only gets paid if the claim is paid. Its a long and frustrating process, the RAF lawyers will drag it out, postpone, reschedule i.e. use every stalling tactic they can.

  19. MOER Your Co-Worker Day is coming!! Have anyone in mind? FRIDAY the 30th of September is the official MOER Your Irritating Co-workers day: Do you have a co-worker who ALWAYS screws up stuff creating MORE work for you? Do you have a co-worker who kisses so much booty; you can look in their mouth and see what your boss had for lunch? Do you have a co-worker who is SOOO obnoxious, when he/she enters a room, everyone else clears it? Well, I am so very glad to officially announce Friday as MOER YOUR IRRITATING CO-WORKER DAY! Here are the rules you must follow: * You can only moer one person per hour - no more. * You can moer the same person again if they irritate you again in the same day. * You are allowed to hold someone down as other co-workers take their turns moering the irritant. * No weapons are allowed...other than going upside somebody's head with a stapler or a hole-puncher.

  21. No doubt there is an incestuous Racetec/PPA relationship but this only affects PPA seeding which only uses Racetc results of certain races. http://www.pedalpower.org.za/results-seeding/seeding/how-we-calculate-your-seeding/ Cyclelab criteria is more inclusive http://old.cyclelab.com/Seeding.asp
