Racechick I find the articles repetitive and you can bet that every year they cover training for Argus, 94.7 etc but then i suppose that caters for the newbies to the sport that have not seen them yet.

94.7 has 2 distances 20 and 40, not technical, so your ave should be quite fast but just dont expect 30 +kmh. No seeding for MTB events (except Crater Cruise) yet but faster guys start in front.
