  1. At R150 (what i paid at a bike shop) for the bike mount alone thats good.
  2. My cars are insured for retail value, what insurance companies are fond of doing is putting up your premiums on the original value , even though they will only pay out current value. When i receive notice of premium increase i phone them and ask them to adjust.
  3. I have not had issues with my unit, but Waterbottle did with his and they replaced it with a new unit.
  4. Similar experience last week, phoned around for insurance for my new car and Outsurance quote was R385 more expensive than my current Insurers quote.

  18. I'm intrigued how it accepted, my P card does not have a CDV number and when i have used my C Card and either not entered the CDV number or got it wrong the entry has been rejected.
  19. What i cant understand is the the guinea pig's being recreational athletes (nothing in it for them) knowing the potential dangers would expose themselves to such a trial.

  22. I bought good quality tire liners 2 years ago from Woodstock cycles and still have them. Occasionaly i take the tyre off and you can see the indents in the liner where something has tried to get thru. On the occasions that something has managed to penertrate the liner the the whole is sealed by tube slime. Never had a problem with stability.
  23. Simon Gear spoke about it this morning on the radio, some athletes taking the placebo (believing it to be HGH) increased their performance by up to 4%.
