  3. There are no photo numbers, irrespective of if you are in the road groups or MTB group, the paper number the gave you is all you need and this gets attached to the back of your shirt with the pins supplied. I'm assuming if there are photographers they will snap everyone and publish them then you must look at their website.
  4. One good thing is they just down the road from where i work now, not that i plan on going there a lot. It should be in their best interests to keep standards up as I'm sure the Garmin parent company wont take too kindly to negative customers experiences.
  5. Tyres leaking have nothing to do with the bike brand, the wheels and tyres are not Momsen, bike shop should have sorted it out.
  6. I'm 1.95 and ride an XL Silverback Mercury and also a L/M Fuji which actually feels slightly larger whereas an XL commencal was too small for my liking, rather check the frame geometry.
  7. Basics of what you require are features on the Garmin 200.
  8. I can just imagine someone trying to ride the BCC course on a 36", i struggle enough on a 29".
  9. Saw a 32" last week at Sportsman's Warehouse.

  13. Also no SMS but my name appears on the website so not worried.
  14. Got home Friday after work to find this guy in my yard, at first i thought someone dumped him over the fence but then i saw how easy he walks between my palisade fence poles as he is skin and bone he could just as well have wandered onto my property. He must have belonged to someone as his tail is chopped, he was covered in ticks so after i first checked for mange i spent quite a while plucking them from him, he appeared extremely scared and kept hiding under my car when released. Kept him separate from my other dogs and my intention was to take him to SPCA on Saturday morning however looking at him next morning i just could not so off i went to the vet for a check up instead. Got some angry looks from the customers at the Vet when they saw his condition i walked in with him. Vet confirmed he has tick bite fever and gave him shots, after hearing my story also told me he'll meet the bill halfway regards costs and must return in 10 days for the rest of his vaccination's.

    How fast

Ave 20km/h on MTB bike going to shops, visiting etc.
  16. Not clear up here in Gauteng what the CSA do as well, particularly for the recreational rider. I watched them in action at one of the big races and their main focus appeared solely to be on licensed riders and once they were in they packed up and left, leaving the organizers to continue. This despite the portion of the majority recreational riders entry fee been handed over to them.
  17. And parties The National Lotteries Board approved a R1-million grant to help Cosatu fund its 25th birthday celebrations at Johannesburg stadium in December. The money was spent on the venue, performing artists, and stage and sound system. http://www.timeslive.co.za/politics/2011/08/08/cosatu-s-r1m-lotto-jackpot-to-be-probedv

  23. Pop down to garage to pump for new tubeless set ups, floor pump for refills and bombs for trail emergencies.
  24. I was in the same group AS, the BS riders catching us certainly shook it up but i was expecting them to catch us sooner as they were right on our tail at the turn around point. Managed to stick with the bunch then about 2km to go the guy in front left a gap and i had to use all my matches catching finishing at the tail end of the bunch on the line.
