  1. Ah huh but it may not be the smartest thing to do
  2. Never seen or used the 500 but it can only be better than the 305, in fact assuming how far you have been and how fast you are going is better than the 305
  3. You planning on making the bars yourself?
  4. Errrm, it is a race, in other words you race for position not time !

  8. There was a thread here a few weeks ago listing all the customs duty percentages, will try to find it for you Here you go My link
  9. Depends what you are ordering and not the value
  10. You for serious? Pretty much nothing just like a Power Balance band. I'm starting to expect PM's now asking me for a doping program
  11. People are like sheep - do this test today. When you stop at the robot today stop as close to the middle white line as possible - look in your mirror and you will see that most of the people behind you have done exactly the same thing. Next robot go close to the pavement and see the same result. It will be you leading the masses. See it is not that difficult for a guy like Malema to become a leader - all he really needs to do is drive the car in the front and the rest will follow.
  12. But once again you need to ask yourself the question - if the doper came second what was the guy who came first on?
  13. Here you go Grumpy My link
  14. Mosquera finished 5th in the Vuelta last year and 5th in the Vuelta in 2007 - he is far from an unknown - huge name in Spain and mainly races local there for Xacobeo Galicia
  15. It looks clean but is it?
  16. Depends on you as an individual - personally I like to do my normal ride on a Saturday if I am racing on a Sunday. I find I am sluggish on race day if I don't do this. Of my training group 1 guy likes to rest the entire week before and do a short 20km ride on the Sat at almost walking pace. The others train normally until the Wednesday and then rest until race day. In short see what works for you and stick to it. Just by the way I beat all of them in the races so I'm not really saying my method is right
  17. Scotty Inject Saline Solution and wear a Power Balance Band - I'm not sure why any of these pros bother with the synthetic stuff.
  18. Nope it is not much but it is correct, you can go a bit more with cycling but when it comes to things like running 10% is spot on. You do big damage to yourself very quickly if you don't allow your body to adapt.
  19. Most of it comes from China and Vietnam but is also available at your local Gym - normally from the Big pimply guy standing in the corner holding needles and wads of cash. Also maybe pop into your local supplement store or GP's office. Otherwise Yes just order a Spanish Steak at the Spur
  20. You will be surprised, most of this stuff is available on the internet. Dude you can even order HGH via your local GP !!
  21. Wow Sidi stuff for 30 bucks - you are lucky. I see they are big into sponsoring moto gp these days - need I say more as to why their prices are as they are.
  22. Dude by the look of those shoes you should be seeking the part called New Sidi Shoes
  23. Bike setup - normally saddle to high or to low or else cleat position could also be wrong. And before you say you have changed nothing in your setup since Feb - gravity is a bitch so your seat will tend to get lower over time with you sitting on it.
  24. So over and above Contador, Ezequiel Mosquera and David Garcia were both bust for hydroxyethyl starch, which increases blood volume during the Vuelta. They are falling like flies - at this rate I will be able to win a grand tour next year and maybe even get to defend it the year after whilst these guys are serving their bans. So not only are Saxo Bank a rider down but Vacansoleil will also be minus the services of their new signing Mosquera. LMOA two guys already banned before they even get to put their new teams kit on. You might remember David Garcia as Mosquera's Xacobeo-Galicia team mate that paced him up through most of the mountain stages - well I can see things a little clearer now
  25. He is based in Alberton, Johannesburg.
