Problem with giving supplements to kids is that they develop the muscles of an adult but still have the tendons of a kid - big recipe for injury and cutting careers short. See a dietitian and stay away from the powders !!!

Dude you should probably go and see a dietitian. Medical aid will pay and you will only need to see him / her once to get a proper eating plan. You are probably not eating the correct foods at the correct time or you are not replacing the calories you are burning off during training. Iron man training is tough and most people complain that they never get enough recovery time. My advice - forget the supplements, they are costly and by having a correct diet you will get the correct supplements.
