  1. One thing that has worked for me and others that I know is an exercise called Walts ITB Special - easy to do, you can do it practically anywhere and it sorted me out in about a week - also doesn't cost you a thing Good luck
  2. Larry Larry I know you only have 76 Posts but you may never never ever come here and say anything bad about CL...it's kinda like suggesting that Lance took PED's You are heading to be drawn and quartered for speaking the truth - mmmm I vaguely remember that happening somewhere else in the past
  3. Disagree - why is it always left to the consumer to sort the **** out. Surely the Bike shop should tell J&J that it is not ethical when offered with the deal of purchasing samples. No they agreed to the terms therefore they are just as responsible.
  4. It is only compulsory when you buy the vehicle but you can literally drive the vehicle off the floor and cancel the insurance - exactly what these guys do. As for looking after the thing - well that's a whole different discussion
  5. Bet he doesn't have a PDP either and I really am not sure why you are surprised that he didn't have insurance. I think it is an industry standard!
  6. LMAO now that is classic - anyways for 60 Bucks you could have got Milking Balm from Dischem which is 3 times the size and 3 times better.
  7. With only the utterance of words such as "scum" I would say they are doing a sterling job
  8. Joe you sound like you have some cash to spare. But just in case you have not noticed there is no middle class left in South Africa, we all became poor when we were forced into subsidizing the poor to the extent that - well we are now seeking subsidy which is not forthcoming. So I 'll have to forego on that extra tax that you are suggesting because frankly I just can't afford it anymore.
  9. Delgado it's not like you to be nice - what's wrong mate?
  10. Normal period of recovery time would be 6 weeks but this is not the place to get a diagnoses - you should see your Doc and rather take his advice
  11. Then maybe that is why it is so big, for those people with fat fingers - aaaahhhhh I now see the method to the madness - not like any of use are weight conscience or anything.
  12. Mmmmm if it weren't for the carbon shell it could have been mistaken for a brick
  13. Looks like they got rid of the joystick which is on the 705 - not sure why
  14. Classic haven't laughed this much in a long time
  15. Something to cheer you up What to do on a plane when the passenger by your side is boring Step 1: Take your laptop from your bag; Step 2: Open it slowly; Step 3: Turn it on; Step 4: Make sure the guy by your side is looking at it; Step 5: Turn on the internet; Step 6: Close your eyes for a few moments, open them and look at the sky; Step 7: Breathe deeply and open this link: My link Step 8: Observe the expression of the guy next to you.
  16. Me again - also consider the route you are racing on - if you are only climbing 1000 Mtr's in your training and climbing 2000 in the race then you certainly are going to *** off. Maybe do a profile check of your previous races and compare them to your training profiles.
  17. Ok if you are injured you need to rest - training on injuries is a big no no and will only come back to bite you in the ass at a later stage or cause you to be out of commission for a longer period of time. Stiff or tight muscles should not be confused with an injury, sometimes a good stretch can sort this out and other times over stretching can be the cause of your problem. Pushing yourself in a race and having sore muscles is a good thing - that is why it is called a race, if you are not going to push yourself to the max you may as well go for a training session. Try to train for a longer distance than what you are going to race eg Race distance is 100km's train for a distance of 120km's - simply this allows your body to adapt and leaves you some gas in reserve. Also consider that your body is a actually very clever and it learns to do more with less. So doing the same training regime over and over will make your body more efficient which in essence means you will become less fit. You need to confuse the issue, you can do the same amount of training in time and distance but vary your routes - even do them the other way around just to get your body out of the routine. Hope this helps - oh and rest, don't run when you can walk, don't walk when you can sit and don't sit when you can lie down!!
  18. Urgghhhh this is gotta hurt - apparently those bibs were not so cheap after all. Think if it were me I would just write off the cash and book the mistake to experience or lack thereof.
  19. I'm sure the Dutch will be very happy with the end product - wouldn't be surprised to see Rabobank on them next year
  20. Seems we are already heading up the creek, Toyota just dismissed 8 of its employees for distributing e-mail of pretty much the same nature as the one above - only it was related to our local politics. My link So if you did send the above out via your company mail maybe just maybe you should be a little worried.
  21. K no worries Taps - we all friends, now we can hold hands and sing kumbaya
  22. Covie at least you have been civil in your comments - criticism is a good thing when it is done constructively. Sometimes trying to do the right thing is doing the wrong thing.
  23. Another one who is having difficulty From my orginal post - I take the stuff everyday and have not had a hint of the flu in 3 months so I am trusting that it is the product and not just pure luck This to me is clear that I am not making money out of the stuff as well as am aware of the Placebo effect. Anyways so much for product reviews - next time I have something that I think may benefit you lot I'll rather just keep my mouth shut - or maybe that is not a reasonable or rational way of thinking!
  24. Oh dear, this is exactly why this place is like a creche things are alway dissected and and pulled apart to find flaws. So do me a favour I posted that there is a support line to which you can speak to the Doc who manufactures the stuff. Do you think for one moment that I am that Fíng stupid that I would feed the stuff to my 3 year old daughter without first consulting? You know what you can kiss my ass - Taps go read the bottle before posting cr#p here and you will see that there is a dosage for infants and children. When you comment before making sure of the facts you start from a point of ignorance. To make you feel better about the use of the word "natural"I have erased it from the orginal post - don't loose to much sleep over it now. As an added Snake Venom is natural and is used in AntiVenom - I'm failing to see your point - or maybe I am also just being pedantic!! Or maybe not! Or maybe I am!
  25. I saw the Septogard was on special at Dischem, going to go and stock up today. Also check out this site for some natural remedies for common ailments Look Here
