    Still running. had my best ever year last year with PB's in 5km, 10mile, half marathon and marathon so it is going to be difficult to top that year! but...New age category next year, so the objective for the first half of the year is to try place in a few shorter races

    Great afternoons racing today. A positive 3rd place for Greg. Bummed that Finn didn't get his first win but Armoury was on another level. As for the ladies, Miriam was also on another level even if cami me no mistakes she still wouldn't have been a match for Myriam today

    Yeah.. not saying he didn't have a brilliant race. When he realised they were on him he pulled into his reserves and used some of that South African grit to hold them off, but you could see that he was spent going up that big climb

    Hatherly just held on. He was blown in that last lap

    She had to run up the hill and then get her bike corrected. Probably 2 minutes in that alone. Then had to redline to pass all of the field for 5 laps from the back. All this at your home event when you were wanting to perform. Yes, I would say she had a right to be disappointed and angry at the end of the event. As would any professional in that situation. Yet she still composed herself and interviewed soon after. Not bad for someone who is not even 21 years old. For someone who is still learning i think it showed massive professionalism and yes I definitely think it's impressive

    Positions were pretty much set from hallway through lap 1. The stigger Frei for 3rd was about the most exciting bit too watch. Mitterwalner coming up to 15th was pretty impressive after that disastrous start

    Just looking at the results from the juniors. 0.038 difference in the men's juniors between Williams and Goldstone!

    It's actually not as bad as I first thought. As long as the rain stays away it should be ok

    With Finn out, I edited my fantasy team and put in mr minn because its fort william. I hope my gamble pays off...and well, I hope mr Minn pulls another one out of the bag

    That was some savage entertainment. Ninos recovery and pidcocks power at the end were both unreal

    I thought that short course today was too short. Needed a few extra bits to mix it up. Don't get me wrong the ability to sustain that level for all those laps is nothing short of impressive, but would have liked to see the field split up a bit more and some tactics at play

    Pretty sure there's no issues there. They are still together as far as I am aware

    You underestimate what a win does for someone. Brasil was similar conditions as Australia and she had the legs. And know she's confident. She's been on the podium for a couple of seasons and a few second places as well as 2 bronze medals in worlds

    Pretty decent women's race, but Becs was a class above. Solid top 3, but also great to see all these young women coming through. Women's XC is looking good for the next few years.

    Gaze looks to be a different person. More mature. Sometimes setbacks make your introspect. Let's hope he stays like this. Oh another note, I'm not sure what Rob and Bart have against Alan. They'll mention everyone else in the top 10 and even top 20 except Alan.
