  2. Undoing was good.. But the end was meh! Mare was great. Kate Winslet is a great actor
  3. Friend in Dublin bought one last year.. But didn't really see any outside of Dublin... Now you're starting to see them more regularly because people are starting to trade them in to upgrade. What's the electric car market like in SA?. I would say the biggest market share at the moment here is the Nissan leaf.. They are pretty accessible.. There's about 4 or 5 companies doing home charger installations and there are chargers at most petrol stations along the motorway.. But it's still limited that I wouldn't mind to go on a road trip with a leaf
  4. Actually nothing.. They're quite nice to drive... But there's a trend of Tesla owners making sure to let people know they drive a tesla... It's quite nauseating now
  5. you missed the latest that is now worse than vegans and crosfitters combined..its the: "I drive a Tesla"
  6. and if you think the bikehub offtopic threads are toxic.......theyre pale in comparison to those. My usage has actually declined on the offtopic threads. Not only because of the UI change, but also just because. I'm mainly in and around running, downhill and XC. Still think diminishing off topic is a bad idea
  7. On another note: Look how pathetic our athletics contingent currently is. Athletics SA is a disgrace kani Simbine, Clarence Munyai, Antonio Alkana, Cheswill Johnson, Ruswahl Samaai, Rocco van Rooyen, Jason van Rooyen, Stephen Mokoka, Desmond Mokgobu, Elroy Gelant, Wayne Snyman, Men’s 4X100m Relay and Men’s 4X400m Relay (The athletes are still to be determined by Athletics South Africa), Wenda Nel, Dominique Scott, Gerda Steyn and Irvette van Zyl
  8. Well I am ridiculously excited for the track and field events. The ultimate showdown is going to be in the 400m and 1500m. I think the 5000m is a foregone conclusion. 800m is also going to be exciting even with the news that Rudisha has pulled out (but his initial announcement he was competing was a surprise anyway). for the 400m. i would love Wayde to take it again and hush all the Norman fans...but I think it is too soon after his recovery Ladies 100m and 200m is going to be a good watch with Richardson and her long nails And then of course...the mens marathon
  9. Justin Theroux playing the lead in a TV series based upon a novel by his uncle... Defintely Added to my watchlist
  10. I have this on repeat-rewind at the moment
  11. No tapatalk support is a game changer for me
  12. Het Chris al gery?
  13. As has been mentioned.. It was the last decade..2010 to 2020. No one dominated in that period more than nino. Closest was Rachel.. But even there were had Manon, pompon, Tracey etc stealing her thunder temporarily.
  14. Its very good.. But then it's got Jared Harris too
  15. no one gonna beat Nino schurter in that list...but then its a vote system and pinkbike readers are not XC fans really
  16. I see Kate Cortney Broke her arm in Czechia and still carried on and finished the race. Pretty beastly stuff that
  17. I would hate to have some random lurking and living on my property.... But I wouldn't see a flat as a negative though
  18. https://www.rte.ie/news/2021/0523/1223434-ultra-runner-meath/ An ultra-runner from Co Meath is recovering after breaking several distance records during his latest fundraising event. Navan man Keith Russell pushed the limits of human endurance in winning the 'Last One Standing' race in Florida Manor, Co Down, earlier this month. Keith Russell with his Last One Standing Award Keith ran 425.5km during an event that started on a Saturday and ended on a Tuesday. He explained: "It's 6.7km laps every hour. You can run it as slow or as fast as you want, as long as you’re back at the start line every hour to go again. I ended up doing 63 laps. The race has no finish line. It just carries on until one person is left."
  19. I absolutely loved reading this post last night. Its never about the shoe...but all about the effort you put in
