If you concerned about training, get a trainer and Zwift before work. You will get more training by Zwifting 30min than commuting 2 hours from and to work on an e bike... 😜

Back in the day they measured road bike frames on the seat tube (centre of bottom bracket to end - seat post insert) Sometimes those "63cm" frames nearly has a 60cm effective top tube... At your length, you should also look for a steerer tube at least 22cm and above

Guess you will need a BB386 crank and a BSA to BB30 threaded BB The spindle on Your FSA BB30 crank as per your picture will not be long enough Rather shop for a other Shimano crank or other 24mm spindle crank and save yourself a lot of trouble. Sadly the resale market for any road BB30 crank is VERY small...
