    1. Was very proud of myself when I managed to ride the roller without leaning against something to hold my balance. 2. Next level : I was able to watch TV while riding and not constantly watching the front wheel for not slipping off. 3. Next level : I was able to drink water while riding and put my bottle back into (and from) the bottle cage . 4. Next level : I managed to ride no hands. I still struggles with this (grabbing the bars again before something goes wrong...) , but from time to time get it right. I found that tyre choice and tyre pressure play a huge role on this. Most of my training I do on my Kickr, but love to ride Fridays on the rollers, with the bike I'm going to ride outside that weekend. Obviously I am a roadie

    I use one of these - bike is only used on my IDT Kickr At first i was skeptical - but it is really a cleaver design Cannot see any problem for also using it out on the road
