  1. sometimes "improved" is confused with "changed"...๐Ÿ˜‰
  2. "They" as in Specialized or Trek...?๐Ÿ™ƒ
  3. I saw this : Lefty carbon Ocho | Bike Hub keeping an eye on this thread ๐Ÿ‘€
  4. OP : are you sure the problem is not with the shifter (left side)? 105 and Ultegra do have issues (specifically left side) - sorted mine with a YouTube video (of which I don't have the link anymore)
  5. Stand to be corrected, but believe they are tubular ~ glued to rim - or maybe tubeless glued to rim? ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  6. At least his fork maintenance / services will R zero
  7. The Lauf on the Look bike looks like a mtb version. I once tried to fit a 29er Lauf on a gravel frame, but it was unrideable due to the excessive slag angle. Lauf makes a gravel bike specific fork. - the one on the Look bike you are viewing is not gravel bike specific.
  8. my back hurts just looking at this ๐Ÿ˜
  9. Midas has some cheap trickle chargers for car batteries... ๐Ÿ˜›
  10. If he is on Strava, just look if he went running afterwards. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
  11. I have a almost brand new Rapide kit that I want to sell if interested - used for one or two rides and then converted the bike to a time trail bike. PM me if interested
  12. I recently replaced my "American Classic wide lightning Race" aluminium wheelset with a set of Enve M50 carbon wheels. (DT Swiss 360 star ratchet hub at rear / front Lefty hub.) Although the American classic wheels were a few grams lighter that the Enve's there is no comparison between the two sets. Maybe its the stiffness of the Enve's or the immediate engagement of the star ratchet - The Enve's are just next level ๐Ÿ‘Œ
  13. Toilet paper also part of the cold chain or is it needed for the HKGK coming?
  14. Just get 3 flat screens smart tv's - one in front of each bike. Each person can look what they want then. (But please don't use the "family deal" on TV licenses - borrowing a family members valid TV license if you don't have one, to buy these tv's)
  15. Hopefully someone on YouTube will come forward with a DIY solution to separate the power meter spider from the worn chainrings?
  16. Can one at least replace the battery? Or is the power meter done, once the battery reached its max recharging cycles, or chain rings are worn - which ever happens first?
  17. OP : it would be nice if you can upload some pictures of the damaged areas and picture of the "bike wash liquid" (even if it has no label) we all might learn from it
