  3. Seriously or u just taking the piss???
  4. Hi Andy they used the barriers from lights by linea which some still had the signage attached. Although under events Wayne decided to only sponsor the league events. Yes latrinus is involved in the lbl league series so it is easy to understand that something went wrong with yesterdays race in that the local municipality dropped the ball at the last minute and although latrinus has had many successful races in the past, these things do unfortunately happen but should not be a reflection of lights by linea as they only sponsor the lbl league races. I hope this clears things up.

  6. Guys PLEASE NOTE: YESTERDAYS RACE had NOTHING to do with LIghts By Linea! In no way or form! It was run separately by another event organiser. The next event for Lights By Linea is on the 28th of September. Check twitter @LightsByLinea or WP & Boland Facebook page and I often also update Lights By Linea events on my Facebook page capchaphotography. Again, Lights by Linea had nothing to do with yesterdays race! Find Lights by Linea Spring League Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/641644152533552/

  13. I dont want to be hated! lets just say that every time i come back from the tour, i have a additional suitcase
  14. % is very low so should still go ahead. Since when do cyclists worry about getting a little wet
  15. Best get your backsides to Stellies this Saturday to feel the excitement, adrenalin and speed of some of South Africas best riders going wheel to wheel, shoulder to shoulder
  16. Cant wait...time to clean my gear
  17. And you didnt even ask me to submit a image...u cut me deep! Hey theres always TDF pics ;-)
  18. When u going to interview me Frans? Ur pics for my interview haha. You way too quiet lately Mnr!
  19. Its alot better looking than the rentals in Europe
  20. If you want to see some of South Africas top road cyclists in action or have kids that want to see and mingle with these top riders or even want their photos taken with them then come down this Saturday to see the speed of our top class cyclists. Only 32km from Cape Town and situated at Polkadraai Farm Stall you can easily take a drive out for lunch or a morning in Stellenbosch and come watch the racing before heading home.
  21. i really dont like this oke
  22. Ok. Spider. Im all for people and their dreams but unfortunately I am going to have to burst your bubble. You may still turn pro but it will be in your private capacity. Pro means you gain money through sponsorship because companies have seen your potential to market their brands at the top level of cycling. To get there takes lots of time and you will or will not get there at the age of 33/34 when you have sacrificed everything and been on your bike 5-6 hours a day. At 34 you have past your prime and will start to struggle to keep up with the younger generation therefore no club/sponsor will be interested in cutting you a cheque each month. They will rather invest in a youngster who has talent and results who they know will give them many years of exposure, like a investment portfolio. That being said, you still can race with the top of the crop. you can be a semi-pro with a full time job still giving the guys a hard time all throughout the rest of your life from sub-vets to vets to masters. A person needs a dream in life but I think your dream has come a bit late
  23. Tx man. was treated like a king at Skoda but aint no place like home
  24. Chartres, France
  25. Seem like images are getting thrown around and im a bit bored!
