Just remember not to cut and paste from Word directly into Joomla, as it takes a boatload of redundant crap along with it that will overwrite your stylesheets. You have to ask though why they're the only province doing so, and they're the only province using a manual system for the majority of their clubs. I'll bet the reason is to shaft the cyclists for as much as possible while and not handing it over to the CSA.
Then the riders should complain to the relevant CSA commission. They will only move forward if the people tells them what is wrong instead of just bitching and moaning
The big issue IMHO is the lack of transparency in the system. A number of threads (this year) has raised the same issue, and in all the cases I can recall either the clubs or the provinces didn't approve the rider.
Doesn't anybody find it strange that the majority of complaints about the poor service of myrace is in Gauteng? I'm not saying myrace is anywhere close to perfect, but you must ask yourself whether CGC is deliberately trying to put myrace in a bad light. After all, they did threaten some clubs in years gone by with expulsion if they even talked to myrace.
