You'll be surprised how easy it is. Most commercial CMS' has an Achilles heel. The best you can do is to run the latest version of the cms development, and have proper backups set-up. Unless the hacker was a total dumbass it probably will not be easy to catch him. The best you can do is for a security expert to see how access was gained into the system, and then close those security holes.
