forgot to mention current setup is Cassette (Rear Cogs) Shimano CS-HG50-9 11-32 T Chain Shimano CN-HG53will I also have to replace the chain

guys i have just ordered a cassete and forgot to tell the guys what ratio i want, guess the options are 11-32T or 11-34 whats the best or is it a no brainer go for the one with wore range 11-34T need to let him know urgently

guys and girls please xplain to me something simple current setup concerning my wheels Alex wheels with Avid juicy rotors and avid juicy 7 seven disk brakes 6 bolt wheels are tubes I have just acquired XT wheels and hubs (centre lock) tubeless confused what I need to purchase in terms of rotors and casette If i get shim rotors and a shim casette do i still need to buy the converter for my brake system(six bolt to centre lock). Do i need spacers for the shock mounts?what other stuff am i not even considering? what do you hubbers suggest

Hi all please tell me the simplest way to tell what size seat post isthe make is fsa sl - 250 comes in the sizes. 27.2 31.6 how do i know? want to replace with a seat post that has zero set back. PS happy to swop with someone who wants the revearse

Iam probably going to get huge flack for this but i am going to proceed. I do admit that LBS in JHB are very high on prices next to CRC and CWC but i have had only good experiences when it come to knowledge and experience. The few i have dealt with (solomans, linden cycles and toney impey) have had more than enough expertise for me (LOL could be my lack of knowledge)

the truth is the XT wheelset was an impulsive buy since the only entry level weight on my bike was the current wheelset. So my choice is keep the wheelset and maby built up the tyres,rotors and casette slowly, move over the stuff from my "old" set to the new and sell the Alex or just be happy with what i got and resell the XT wheelset

the chain wheelset and tyres are all about 3 months old and done about 400Km only on tar

prob not really that light came with the bike Shimano CS-HG50 so you recon rather go for an XT casette than the sram and then sell the old wheels as one unit whats the best rotors and are they comp with centre lock

I also went to cajees got my scott scale 40 at I think an awesome price R12K cajees in eastgate mukaran what gentleman, they have been very good to me

Hey guys quick Q. Just purchased my first set of decent i hope wheels my previous wheels were Alex XC 44 wheelset with mountain king tyres Dont have a clue what the setup wheighs. My new wheelset are the XT wheelset. the decision is do i transfer the old cassete and tyres to my new wheels.Do i purchase a new set of tyres (UST) - worried about the additional weight and a nice cassete sram red. Basicaly asking whats the best kit to put on the wheelset for overall riding and weight

I must agree totaly i think LBS are ripping us vaalies a new one. please believe mean online shops are makeing a profit as well and there prices much lower than the shops. Food for thought ?

I agree wth sias if you pay money to have a hassle free experience then thats what you should get.Especially R900 is alot of money and i am sure they could have rather used that money for other things. I hope the relevant cycle labs chaps read this post and take it heart
