Are you training with a power meter at the moment ? Training on the IDT will of course be of benefit if the other option is not training ata all. Give us more details what it is you mean by building power......

no it's no just SA. Mines not too bad and only freezes every now and then but only for about 1 sec. Audio is fine, but have some friends who struggle too.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try LeTour as they answered me within 15min of e-mailing them. I did e-mail Vermarc but they forwarded my request to their UK agent (I'm currently in Ireland). I'm not looking to pay agent's fee etc etc especially when I'm not in their territory. Anyway my first choice will always be an SA company as long as the quality of service is good. Thanks again everyone.
