Unfounded ? Cassani saw R training in Italy when he said he was in Mexico. With regards to the other idiot, it's not the first time he's looked for attention form the press. This is a guy who said he couldn't pay his riders but arrive at races in his Ferrari... I'm not sure if the operation was the problem. It SEEMS like Ryan due to the cost had to discharge himself earlier than he should have and had been more active then he should have been. To me, it's bad enough that he lost his life for the sport he loved. Maybe further down the line the family might want to find out for their own piece of mind but for now, give the guy the respect he deserves.

IDT training needs to be specific. Even if you know you have to do 1hr recovery ride, just knowing that is the goal for the workout makes it easier. Well, for me anyway.

Who are the SA Juniors who will be racing in Ireland? Someone said to me it was juniors, but sounds more like a youth event. Seems like it's U16, U15, U13, U11 I have asked for the start list. Will post it when I get it.

He did but I think they may be talking about sometime earlier, maybe March ? Not sure but anyway he was bust by Davide Cassani who said he had seen R training in Italy. The guy actually said it to show how dedicated R was but unfortunately didn't know that R had said to his team that he was in Mexico at the time . This was then picked up by the Danish TV and the rest is history...

He forgot to mention about the time he asked an MTB "friend" to takes some shoes to Italy for him. When the guy chucked the box out to save space, bottle of drugs fell out the shoes. So not only was he into it back then already, he was also willing to shaft another rider to get his fix...
