@LeTurbo, you've got an appetite for the good stuff lad. I'm inquisitive to see your bike room already. I've also got a feeling that you'll be receiving a PM about the stem on that yellow Colnago.

I'm certainly not an expert, but have been made to believe that it was an early innovation for pursuit track cycling, to get the riders head down. Subsequently other novelties were designed like the low pro frame or stems that attached to the crown or crown. In combination with a 650c front fork and wheel. Maybe somebody else has a more accurate technical insight.

? Is that the one with the riveted Cinelli badge on top of the stem? Saw a similar set on ebay a few weeks back sell for $780 ? ? ? Well, almost but not. The one in the pic has an engraving. Quite simple: an elipse and inside on top it says Cinelli and across the bottom it says Milano. The one with the badge is truly beautiful. I've held four of these in my own hands at once. They are truly magnificent. And yes, you're right they are pricey.

Thats a Cinelli Milano steel track drop stem. They are truly beautiful. So are the bars.

"Cheap" already sounds dangerous. Rather pay that little extra when posting a bicycle.
