The hoods are just dirty. at least first try to clean them. Douse the hoods with MrMin let it soak for 5 min then wipe of the grime.

She's a KOGA MIYATA, with the revered and noteworthy FM1 splined and trible butted tubing. She's been documented on receipt and have enjoyed every minute taking off all the parts. I will share pics but am holding it very close to my chest until I'm done with this project. It will take several months. Sorry about that.
