I think its important that you react in the right way in any given situation, I was once hit by a young coloured guy outside the Sandton Clinic, un lucky for him I did not fall, lucky for me he had to stop at the traffic lights, a taxi driver who saw the whole thing pulled next to him got out and bliksemed him, I had to ask the taxi driver to get a punch in. That fool will never mess with a cyclist or a taxi ever again.
I had a similar thing happen to me when I lived in Franschoek. On the road from Helshoogte to Franschoek a guy in a sparkly new Ferrari almost hit me of my bike. Franschoek being a small town with not many Ferraris in it, I soon found the said idiot, I simply walked up to the young lady he was with and offered her a lift home in my bakkie as I felt a lady of her beauty would be safer driving with me that with the said idiot. She simply smiled and said she would make sure the he never drove like that again. It was really funniny watching Casonova groveling.
These poor ladies cant they make decent kit for them. Cycle Lab kit makes even the anorexic girls look as if they have huge saddle bags, shame not very flatering.
