  1. LOL - OP gets quite hysterical, let alone emotional! Shem, a first lesson for you son - the thread doesn't get locked when you have run out of tantrum. Stick around, maybe you'll learn something, but its doubtful, given the franticness of every post. I guess you can't stay away and feel the need to school everyone. good luck with that vibe, by the way. Hub should consider "training wheel" status for newbie posters like MM until they have reached a 100 or so. This thread smells a lot like the wheel plug thread - may even be the same cat, given the naming and shaming that these cancel-culture noobs want to impose.
  2. People are free to offer what they want and accept what they want. How is this an audacity thing? Like how is this even a topic here? Are you familiar with how supply and demand economics works? And then naming/shaming businesses and people that you have judged to be too, well, I don't even know what it is that you are trying to expose here. This smacks of the prevailing and infantile cancel culture that pervades online interaction. And yes, I understand irony.
  3. jrrrrr, that was a fout pa!
  4. Mr Stemmet had such awesome hair
  5. is there a SS equivalent of a Zoolander walk off?
  6. 👆 what HE said
  7. dosage is key with edibles
  8. fair enough, but there's a lot of whaling in this thread about "laying hands on children" creating this thinly veiled impression that it was a small hop and skip away from child molesting. Bolloks - sounds like 2 obnoxious teenagers being @sshole brats, and the Daily Mail articles with their father calling for MVDP to be jailed confirm the general quality of the whole family group.
  9. its easy - if you don't bring your kids up right, then other people will have to show them how to behave properly
  10. how do you do that?
  11. there is no merit to anything OP has said. End of. A petulant whinge a real issue does not make with deep apologies to Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics
  12. moenie vir sy vrou vergeet nie!
  13. i love the dedication to keeping this thread alive after 11 pages. Solid multi-paragraph contribution from 117, even if a bit misdirected
  14. JAYZUS that went west, even for the Hub. Too many favorites to mention, but its a toss up between "retirement home tannies macrame" and "single mother tear harvesting". Love your work
  15. i hope that was not a reference to your wife? 😬
  16. Are you seriously this dense? Have you not absorbed a single piece of knowledge from people who actually know what they are talking about and who have shared this with you for free? 1. YOU ARE WRONG - a plug is commonly considered by all REAL cyclists as a perfectly acceptable permanent fix, and is universally accepted as a non-issue 2. YOU ARE WRONG - there was no hiding of the plug because it is a non-issue - refer 1 above. THOSE are the facts. You were berated because you acted like an self entitled, arrogant, ignorant pillock. Seems your capacity for learning is non-existent. Grow up son.
  17. plot twist: this is an elaborate ploy by bikemarket to drum up positive mentions and increase traffic to their site!! This would be a way better scenario than the one where OP is a real person taking himself seriously on this matter
  18. agree with this. In the final analysis, OP should stick to crossfit
  19. yoh, this has escalated to "boet". Next stop is "pellie" and then all bets are off
  20. Maybe read the 5 pages of comments before you carry on digging your hole, because you are coming across a little bit bunty right now. It's ok to be wrong - its the way we learn.
  21. When OP opens his bikehub account: 001.mp4
  22. this comment wins the internet today - gold!
  23. Looking at all the comments, I think the bikehub court of public opinion has spoken, and OP is out of line. The whole tone of OP's whinge is not lekker and unnecessarily tries to paint Bikemarket as having committed an unforgivable and fraudulent sale. There are many real instances of dodgy dealing by skelms and this thread tries to unfairly paint Bikemarket with the same brush, IMHO. Its not right. What's next? Seller didn't tell me the paint is scratched on a 10 yr old enduro bike? Customer is NOT king when they act like this.
