  1. any thoughts on Ravemen lights? https://www.ravemen.com/front-lights.html
  2. A HUUUGE thank you to all who commented here, this has been hellova useful. I have learnt way more than my google searches which just overwhelmed with info that was overwhelming and not that useful TIPTOP hubbers, BUY a DONKEY
  3. Some hubber knowledge would be appreciated - What is an acceptable lumen rating for both a front light and back light for riding in full son to be seen by oncoming as well as rear-approaching cars? I have been looking around at various light options and am getting a bit overwhelmed. I have no desire to ride in the dark, so illuminating the road or trail is not important to me. I do, however want lights (front and back) that are sufficiently bright during the day to be seen from a fair distance, say 100/200 meters away. What lumen count should i be looking at, and is it different from front (white) light vs a red back light? I am trying to minimise size and bulk without compromising safety. thanks
  4. it really does erode confidence, doesn't it?
  5. great recommendation, it was a really captivating interview. I enjoy Attia and its clear they know each other well. What I don't get is why there are still people out there who are hell-bent on hating the oke so much - he really became quite a lightning rod. I think its his cast-iron strength of will that enabled him to survive when you listen to what happened to the other characters in the story at the time and how they ended up, many now dead. Some people like Betsy have literally dedicated their lives to this story and not lived their own, quite sad. Windscreens and rear-view mirrors - great analogy in the interview
  6. I was interested to find out how this whole malarkey ended and found the following:
  7. bare knuckle bowls?
  8. So I clicked the link for curiosity to see what other shenanigans was going on in SA sport and I must say, never did I expect to learn about the vicious competitiveness of Bowls! I don't know any of these substances but jirre man this chick is juicing faaktap!
  9. I hope this kant gets found. It's just not right. His life must end as he knows it. His kids school, his job, his family - everything. Savage rubbish like this must live in the gutter where they belong, because they are not capable of existing in a civil society. sorry, not sorry
  10. i did not know this, and now I am having even more heebie geebies
  11. this is such an awful story - that poor, poor woman and kids. Yassus it makes the blood boil. There should be social justice in these situation where the entire goddamn killer's family have to contribute to the support of the survivors. This affects whole families across multiple generations which should go both ways. Let them also live for the rest of THEIR lives with the consequences of their piece of sh$t husband/father/son's selfish and brutal decision. Coke-light North-Korea 3-generations punishment without the mass murder kinda vibe
  12. the low low Ballers?
  13. make sure to cut them off at the shoulder into nicely hacked wife-beaters for that trendy meth-head look. I hear its really big right now!
  14. I like how @MM brought everyone together - he was like the rug of the room in The Big Lebowski - makes me somme lus for a White Russian
  15. Indola stuff is tiptop and is under R1K
  16. he may be gone, but he sure as hell is not forgotten! Some say he is doing god's work in other internet lands, far far away, championing the rights of the under-offered and ethically challenged sellers on bidorbuy!
