Dr Suess - No I meant that the AL; BL groups should have a sense for safety, i.e. they are on the same level as the registered cyclist (if not better). However, if the inlicensed riders have a huge tailwind; they will have a greater headwind! (which means they will never match the licensed racers with time)
I believe in the first quoted price as the best price! If the LBS negotiates with me then I am not interested ... I generally have a price in mind before going to the LBS!
Maybe all "unseeded: groups AL;BL;CL etc. should consider boycotting this event in future as the organiser only has the "registered" cyclist at heart. My reason for this claim: All registered groups start at around 6am ... why must the AL etc. groups only start at 7am .... consider that we have full road closure .... if they concern about "unseeded" catching "registered" groups, then maybe people should not be allowed to ride "registered" if they can not maintain a certain average.
Did Sir Lowry Pass a couple of times in access of 95km/h way back in the 1990 (with 20c tires and hairnet helmets).... when guys like Hennie Wentzel, Eddie Njiboer still came passed us at around 100-105km/h!!! Suikerbosrand - around 75km/h on some decents; Roodeplaats dam decents around 79 km/h behind tandems!
Initially I found the same problem ... also thought it was the saddle and setup .... my son and I was not in sync with getting out of the saddle ... lately i have no issues with my hamstrings ....

Surely if the lady is well aware of a disqualification; who are we to keep on hammering the lady as a cheat? Secondly, if the lady in the red were actually in the front of the B-group trying to break away from that group, I do not see any wrong doing. I just find it amusing how people can be so judgemental over nothing!!!

Basically your sales experience will be the opinion you have about the shop. If bad, the shop is bad, if good, then the shop is tops!!!!! Funny how some south africans are!
