    I have not read all the previous post. But for those of you looking to start Zwifting I recently got the Apple TV 4k and works effortlessly. For under R3000 for the 32gb version and everything works seemlessly.

    looks like a massive crack. And what is up with the Mechanically driven hydraulic disc brakes(so it seems to me) I have also recently bitten the bullet to get a TT machine and have to say they are not light at all (at least mine does not rattle) - but man these machines goes well!!

    A little cycle to the Col du Grand St-Bernard on the border of Swiss and Italy after passing over Champex-lac. 2400m ascent in 93km and 4 hrs. Was freezing to say none the less and I forgot my armwarmers...&$#£ idiot. Pleasant views non the less

    I have seen a few shops that had bad accounts with suppliers thus suspending their services (obviously until the previous accounts were settled). This led to delayed and often not even completed orders and service. Make sure your LBS is on good foot with the necessary dealers before asking for service. Just my 2c

    I agree with the premed student - As I understand it, when excersising at Anerobic levels there is not enough pressure(not enough air)for the Alveoli to place air into the bloudstream, when this happens the alveoli cells burst and bloud enters the lung area. From there the taste of bloud.
