  3. You can try CWC / Cycle Lab. They will box and ship to any Cycle Lab in JHB.
  4. Hi, I am looking for a red Ritchey 4Axis WCS stem, 90mm. Please send me a DM with what you have.
  5. @Iwan Kemp I wouldn't concern myself too much with a troll trying to provoke reactions.
  6. It seems that the UCI is a bit slow to formally acknowledge the sanctions, as they have not yet updated his profile.

What was the bike Hub user name? @Matt
  8. Maybe someone should inform Jonas about this. He will need all the help he can get if he plans to beat Pogacar at the Tour de France.
  9. So this Matter is finally over. https://www.cyclingsa.com/cycling-south-africa-notes-and-welcomes-high-court-judgment-in-the-matter-of-mr-shaun-nick-bester/
  10. Maybe a little research on the web. This is a link to the wheels on Temu. https://share.temu.com/2gRtSj6nTaB
  11. The asking price seems a bit steep at 8k for Temu wheels. They are only 3,5k on Temu.
  12. Is it just me, or have I only now realized that when you quote in a thread, your post count stays the same, but if you reply to a topic, your post count increases? Update: no increase at all.
  13. There was a reply in this thread from Giant regarding this. https://forum.bikehub.co.za/topic/199225-giant-neostrack/#comment-4006066
  14. If the old cable is still in place, you could try twisting some fishing gut onto the cable about 20cm. Then, use small drops of super glue to hold the gut to the cable. After that, pull the gut through; just reverse the process for the new cable and cut the excess with the glue on it.
  15. "Okay, I understand what you're saying. The thin tubing will work, or you could overlap the new and old cables by 30 cm and tape a thin layer in several places to hold the cables together before pulling the new cable with the old one." Just push the lever end of the cable slightly through the lever and cut off the solderd head before joining so you pull from lever to caliper.
  16. The 100mm insert will have the frame inner ID, and the 50mm top will have the frame's outer OD, ensuring a flush finish with the frame. Additionally, you can drill and mill out the core to make it a bit lighter.
  17. I believe that ISPs have standards similar to those for seat posts, but I may be mistaken. The vast majority of Trek bikes come with an ISP, so they should carry a few options for mast caps. Several aftermarket brands, like Ritchey, offer mast caps, and they all seem to adhere to a set range of sizes and shapes.
  18. This little item from Temu works well about R20. But you need the old cable in place to pull the new cable.
  19. Have you considered getting a longer seat mast cap? . You might want to check a Trek store to see what they have available or if they can order it for you. If you know someone with a CNC machine, you could create a 150mm aluminum extension that inserts about 100mm into the mast and extends 50mm outward. Epoxy it into the frame, and you can use your mast cap as usual.
  20. With Oakley it was easy the extra lenses were a giveaway. Oakley never shipped included the 3 lenses in the box.
  21. Yes low on Temu but Bike Hub they selling 2k. Just trying to find out if there is a way to spot the difference between original and a copy
  22. What would one look for to determine a copy ? Price is not an indicator as they are been sold for 2k. Anything that sould stand out that would suggest it is a copy?
  23. Bike Hub has a strict policy regarding counterfeit and replica items. If it is the seller I am thinking of, it is possible that the Sella Italia saddles are copies, as all the other saddles are from well-known Temu seller brands. However, I don't have enough knowledge about saddles to determine whether they are fake or not. If you have that knowledge, please report it, and @Matt will sort it out.
