later this afternoon hillcrest,friday nite ride at delvera,sat welvanpas and surrounds,sunday braai and red wine,monday and tues jra.yes my bike was broken but it's back.yippeeeeeeeeee.to everyone riding there bikes this weekend have a lekker time and stay safe irrespective whether it is toad/mtb/26/29/hardtail/dual/uni.

@gummibear only if it is at the end otherwise i might just not make cutt off times.the way i look at it is as follows:pasta makes me go fasta.beer is only hopps which is like some vegatable and veggies are good for you.But yes i do get your point re the diet.i would still rather have a beer and pasta than a warm flat coke and a melted bar one.

I am not going to get into this price thing but any race that has beer and pasta at the end i will support.hell it might even make me faster to get to the end.

sorry only seeing this now.the pub was/is called the halfway house.cj rhodes who was short could not get on his horse again so he would stop outside this pub and order his drink of choice.there is still a big rock which he sometimes used to get back on his horse in the parking lot.called halfway house as it was halfway between one of his residences and his other the jack hindon.

good idea to check those little buggers every now and then.my pivot bearing got ovalized because of a loose bolt.drilling and sleeves were the end result at big cost.

thanks djr.just bad timing with the long weekend and i guess places closed for the weekend but will go to lbs tomorrow and see.can i not take it to omnico themselves.i know where they are maybe save some time with less people involved?

forgot to add.it still moves on the stanction but there is a puddle of oil/fluid where the bike was standing now in the garage. how long does it normally take to fix something like that as i would not like to be divorced from my bike too long seeing that it is long weekend

Hi all fellow hubbers and hopefully fundis.I have,hopefully not had,a fox float RP2 that sort of died on me today.was riding fine and after coming from hillcrest through majik forrest saw that the shock was wet on top near the lever.there was suddenly a lot of pedal bob even in lockout mode and worse when open.is the shock kaput or fixable and if fixable who to take to and possible size of hole in wallet.

this is kxk.over the years i have had 2 bikes stolen,a stolen car(while at court)and my house has been burgled a few times.I really feel for your loss and will keep a lookout for your bike.i really hope this thread has a happy ending one day.never got my car or the one bike back.
