Hi Guys. Just a question, my LBS did a tubeless conversion on my wife's 26er, now after a month both wheels unseated during a ride so I took it back and they redid the tubeless setup, now on the back wheel no problems but they have been struggling since December to redo the tubless conversion on the front wheel, they can't get it to reseat what might cause a wheel not to reseat and seal properly during a tubeless conversion ?

Jip I couldn't believe it but read your policy document they send to you, under the heading "Special Conditions" , it says : "! Cover in outbuildings is limited to R10,000", they only made me aware of this after I put in the claim, guess you need to read the policy documents with wide open eyes before signing up with any insurance company....

Just make sure you read all your T&C on your policies with Miway, I had 3 bikes covered with them, had a break in at my house recently the total values of the bikes were about R25000 but Miway only paid out R5000 , the reason they gave me was they pay out a maximum of R10 000 on any goods stolen of an outbuilding like a garage for example. So just make sure, I thought they would pay out no matter what type of cycling related claim but they shafted me over on this technicality.

Hi. So yesterday we also became a statistic, so a bunch of new south africans completely removed our gate and broke into my garage. They took 3 bikes: blue and grey Raleigh RC2000 red and black Raleigh RC3000 silver Raleigh RC9000 , built up by mad mike X on this forum. Please keep a lookout in the Kempton Park/Edenvale area. Yes i made sure it's . medium like my roadbike Basically me and my wife want to start this thing together just want to enjoy it and finish various events but not aiming for a top 20 spot Then yes it was my sister's bike she bought it new then only took it for 1 ride but her working hours don't allow her to ride more so she want to sell it

I have been doing road cycling for a few years then took a 2 year break as I lost my passion for cycling along the way , now I am looking to get into cycling again but this time give mtb'ing a shot. Coming from a road cycling background what/how/why do I start mtb'ing, what do I need to get going [gear,equipment ...] etc. I can get this bike currently , it's been bought new and only ridden once would you suggest this bike to get going with ? I had the same issue - multiple blowouts using Maxxis Detonators , since then went back to using Gatorskins , no issues , I even race in my gators , the few grams they are heavier doesn't make a difference to me , rather a little heavier and lose 1 minute on my race time if even so much, than lose 5 mintes trying to fix a tyre during a race ...

I had exactly the same when doing the Kremetart this year , and I updated to the latest firmware 2 nights before Kremetart , what I did is I went into settings and did a rescan of my hrm and speed sensor there is a setting/option to do that not sure what it is called and it worked problem solved.

I was spinning the whole winter and thought I was okay , got a rude awakening since I got back outdoors a few weekends ago , I gained 8kgs this winter , my diet didn't change only I stopped riding outside and did 3 spinning sessions a week, my fitness is down big time , since last week I stopped the spinning and set up my IDT again , my fitness is picking up and my weight is dropping , once again my diet didn't change at all only difference is instead of spinning at the gym I am sitting on the IDT , works for me way better as the setup of my IDT bike is the same as my racing bike thus the same muscles are working and my endurance and fitness is picking up again. This is what I found.
