  1. "cookies" uit die cot? Stadig kerels, dis 'n familie forum hierdie
  2. I love this topic! I'm also in the slingshot, electrified doorknobs, bow & arrow, paintball/pepperspray, petrol & polystyrene=napalm league since (wrongfully) stripped of my firearms... Always good to see the Hubbers dont just share the one passion...
  3. Big diffirence between Pink cranks and Pink lips bru Mind you my Crank did kiss AND tattooed me when I came off at Mabelingwe.. ahem, so I will have to go with the Girlie Pink rather than Gay Pink...
  4. No and No. I like shopping for cycling goodies and the man was quite busy... The cranks were 170's anyway... But they have the wheels I want so I'll be back. I will call first for that tho As for the samoosas, they generated enough energy in all departments to offset the wind on the Allandale Rd drag
  5. ...I drive all the way accross the city to Solomons to buy the bargain R2200-00 Campy groupset they had advertised in Ride Magazine. Only to be told sorrrrrieeeee. Then the dude whips out some Carbon levers priced R2500-00... so they got me in the shop by advertising non-existing bargain stuff and then try and sell me REAL stock... good business practise I suppose but mildly annoying So I left with nothing but some (bargain)dodgy looking samoosas from the guy in the car park
  6. Serious bling! Pantani, dont you hate buying stuff you cant "improve" on
  7. Hey Rad! How'd you go at the "Tshwane Capital Classic" Chatted to you at the AL line-up... did you do the longer ride? "Hats off" as Cois says

  9. ewep, Campy's great. I'm getting the 2008 Force Carbon Compact to go onto the Merckx Alu Team I aquired from Jules.
  10. Tnx ewep, sounds like it's going to be a "trial and error" exercise for me...
  11. Ok, ek sal luister! Thanks for the help 101%... en hey Amoryns dankie vir jou input!
  12. Will my 2008 Sram Force crankset fit into my existing Ultegra BB? My existing BB is Italian and the new crank's BB (still on it's way to me) is English....
  13. Aahhh TS! Tjokkie told me about your pain. Sorry gal. Wow, just have a tiny Tequila and a hard ride. Try and cycle in between.. tnx for making The Hub an even more interesting place
