  1. Glad to be of service Brogan! Thanks for the support!
  2. Hi Julien, if you find it still is not returning to your liking then we will gladly sort it out for you. Couple of things that causes that so bring the whole bike and we will make sure its butter.
  3. Yeah we messed up with not keeping OP updated. Need to do better!
  4. You are right our communication could be better. I was planning on touching base with you as I got the shaft back on Friday and not happy with how it fits so we are doing another. Our whole aim with this was to help out and save you from buying a new shock by making a quite intricate part to replace your shaft with a hairline crack that we did not pick up initially. Unless things have changed very recently those shafts are still not a part you can order, they do not exist on the spares list and the guys from RockShox confirmed to us that they are unavailable to order as a part. I do not make any money on this and doing it purely to help and our way of trying to make something work instead of scrapping it. Hoping we can have anodizing finished this week and have your shock back to you.
  5. Got some hydraulic lockout levers kicking about.
  6. Yeah if you need it for a couple of weeks that does amount to quite a lot Normally a 20km or so ride on varied terrain will provide the system with a good confidence score and show us what we need to know. For the price we normally do the fitment, calibration and setup etc for the client and then go through the results with you etc. If you just slap them on without proper setup you will not get accurate results. So its almost like a consultation. Happy to work with you on a weekly rate if you need that.
  7. Had a look in my database and what I could see was that a 2016 model shock for your frame uses a Compression Medium, Rebound Medium and Climb Firm tune, what Droo recommended: CYKW: 2016, FLOAT DPS, P-S, A, 3pos SV, Silverback, Sprada, 7.250, 1.750, 0.4 Spacer, CM, RM, Climb F, Standard Logo 2018 I found one that has a digressive setup: DDNG: 2018, FLOAT DPS, P-S, A, 3pos Evol SV, Silverback, Sprada Trail, 7.25, 1.75, 0.2 Spacer, DCM, DRM, CMF, Standard Logo Changing to a remote will involve some new parts and require a new eyelet assembly but can be done. Recently did a remote to manual conversion for a customer and he is selling the remote stuff, PM me if you are interested.
  8. Common problem unfortunately, water and muck slips in past the rebound shaft to the detent ball and it rusts and stuff just gets messed up. No quick fix as mentioned. 8/10 times need to replace the ball with a new one when I do a full damper service. I normally add more grease on the inside and then some silicone grease on the outside to try form a seal when I service the damper.
  9. Check out the Speedsleev Rangers saddle pack for the essentials, super compact, no rattles and most importantly dropper post friendly. We are running a Xmas special at the moment combining the Speedsleev with the Unior Euro17 Multi-Tool (More like super-tool). I have been using mine for a while and it has been super impressive so far. https://www.cogentindustries.co.za/product/christmas-offer/

  11. I want a hello kitty one then!
  12. One shall not be disappointed! I am based in GP but can point you to someone in your area that can help you with installation. If all else fails you can send me your fork and will do the upgrade for you here and ship it back at my cost. Will shoot you a pm.
  13. Just wanna chip in here on the Luftkappe. I have done 5 upgrades before we launched it on the site to get a real world feel for it and everyone was blown away with the performance. That combined with some SKF seals really makes a Pike buttery smooth and super compliant on the small stuff with great mid stroke feel. I normally remove one token. If you are thinking of doing it yourself use a hair drier to heat up the shaft before you attempt removing the piston as some factory guys obviously have some Loctite happy days from my experience. Please shout if you need installation advise or have any other pre-sales questions. Will gladly help you guys get setup.
