Our shop mechanic, Toni Pedro, has been around for many years and has a very well known reputation for his old school work ethics. We also offer a respray service for all of those frames that need some TLC, this is done very professionally and can be done to your specifications or design. We often have shop specials so keep up to date with us on our website The store is located on the corner of North Coast and Lothian Roads in Durban North. Done it a few times, nice altitude training for the lungs and legs! Good fun, take a camera and a passport. Also warmers, weather changes very quickly and gets icy cold fast! Enjoy it, go chat to Sam Knox at Underburg Spar for more advice
  7. The Golovane was R330 per team and then we got no goodie bags and the water tables were shocking. Prize money was less then the entry fee...

  11. If you going to get your bike serviced, make sure you know who the mechanic servicing the bike is. The mechanic that works for me used to own his own bike shop, has 25 years experience and also used to race bikes. He has a following of customers that will only take their bikes to him and nobody else. The bikes should all be checked 100% before leaving the shop with the approval of the mechanic. If this happens - happy customers. How simple is that?? Come on guys, fact is - you can compete with CWC and CRC service wise. Its not about running a huge profit, its about offering a service to the customer and in turn you will soon be making money. Good service = customers = turn over = profit

Just stumbled upon these bikes the other day... They have some very sexy looking bikes in their range and at great prices as well. What you all think of them?
  17. Guys, im wanting feedback on Black Spade wheels, not Gipiemme wheels. Thanks Colin for the help!
  18. Can i get them with just a plain black rim, no decals?
  19. Thanks guys for all the feedback Iv ridden zipp 404s and cant say i find them to great to be honest, the eastons are to soft. The best set iv owned are Bora Ultra, those were amazing wheels but so was the price. Remember im not going for a 404 set here, im going for the 808 or 80mm in this case. Colin, i think your wheels are really well priced and definatly get good reviews from fellow riders. Whats your custom decals price? got to be honest, not a big fan of the std designs.
  20. Iv ridden Easton and Zipp so wanted a comparison
  21. anyone?
  22. Hi Hubbers Im looking at getting a set of 80mm clinchers. Does anybody have any experience with these wheels compared with other brands such as Zipp and Easton? How do they compare in terms of stiffness and the overall ride?
